The Story Behind MOMENT No. 006
Some wildlife encounters stay with you because of their scale, movement, and energy.
At Brooks Camp in Katmai National Park & Preserve, brown bears gather along the river during the salmon run, creating one of Alaska’s most unforgettable natural scenes.
Watching the bears move through the water as salmon traveled upstream became one of those travel memories that remained vivid long after the trip ended.
Years later, that memory became MOMENT No. 006.
